Our Core Privacy Commitment: Your health records belong exclusively to you. YUVIX is engineered as a local-first application where your sensitive personal records remain encrypted on your device.

1. Local-First Architecture

YUVIX is designed so that your menstrual cycle history, fertility observations (such as basal body temperature and LH test results), symptoms, mood, sleep recovery, movement records, and notes remain stored locally on your device. All health database records are encrypted using SQLCipher with cryptographic keys managed by your device's hardware-backed Keystore or Keychain.

2. No Cloud Health Database

Mentarich LLC does not operate a remote user account database or cloud health server for YUVIX V1. Mentarich LLC does not receive, view, sell, or monetize your local health history.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe to YUVIX Premium, transactions are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to validate digital subscription receipts and unlock premium entitlements. Only standard anonymous commerce transaction identifiers are processed for subscription verification. YUVIX never transmits your cycle dates, symptoms, health reports, or personal health notes to RevenueCat or payment processors.

4. Advertising and Tracking

YUVIX V1 does not incorporate third-party advertising SDKs, data brokers, or behavioral ad tracking. We do not use your menstrual, fertility, or wellness records to build advertising profiles or deliver targeted advertisements.

5. Health Report Export

If you generate a Doctor-Ready Health Report PDF, the document is synthesized entirely on your device and saved temporarily in private app storage. YUVIX does not automatically upload or transmit your report. You maintain sole discretion over whether, when, and with whom you share this exported file via your operating system's native share sheet. Temporary report files are promptly deleted from app cache after sharing.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your records remain on your device until you delete them. You can permanently erase all local records, database files, and encryption keys at any time directly within the app by going to Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete All Local Data.

7. Device Security and App Lock

YUVIX includes an optional biometric app lock feature (using Apple Face ID / Touch ID or Android Biometrics / Device Credentials). While platform-level hardware encryption and app security measures provide robust protection, we encourage users to keep their device operating systems updated and maintain a strong device passcode.

8. Medical Disclaimer

YUVIX provides wellness tracking, cycle insights, and general lifestyle recommendations. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Fertility window calculations are statistical estimates and must never be used as a method of contraception.
