1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the YUVIX mobile application ("App") provided by Mentarich LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

YUVIX is a mobile application that provides personal menstrual cycle tracking, optional fertility-awareness logging, movement guidance, soundscapes, gamified wellness milestones, and on-device health report generation.

3. Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: YUVIX IS NOT A LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. THE APP CANNOT AND DOES NOT REPLACE PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL CONSULTATION.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information presented in the App. In the event of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

4. Fertility and Contraception Disclaimer

Predictions, estimates of fertile windows, and ovulation calculations displayed in YUVIX are statistical approximations based on historical data. Individual menstrual cycles vary due to stress, illness, hormones, and numerous environmental factors. YUVIX is not a contraceptive method and must not be used to prevent pregnancy.

5. Movement and Exercise Suggestions

Movement suggestions and workout ideas in the App are intended solely for general wellness and educational purposes. You should only engage in physical exercise that matches your individual fitness level, health conditions, and personal comfort. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans: YUVIX offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (including Monthly and Annual plans with free trial periods where indicated).
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
Data Protection on Cancellation: If your subscription ends, your locally entered period logs, notes, and personal records remain accessible on your device.

7. User Responsibilities and Report Sharing

You are responsible for maintaining the physical and passcode security of your device. If you use the App's feature to generate a Health Report PDF, you assume full responsibility for choosing the recipients with whom you share your sensitive information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mentarich LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
